At Anna Furniture, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and photos of the item.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all hardware and manuals to ensure a safe transit.
Ship and Refund
Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
