What are your shipping and delivery options?
We offer standard curbside delivery and premium White Glove delivery. White Glove service includes room-of-choice placement, professional assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
How long will it take to receive my furniture?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For custom or made-to-order pieces, lead times generally range from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the manufacturer and materials.
What is your return policy for furniture items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made orders are final sale and a 15% restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.
Do you offer any warranties on your products?
Yes, all Anna Furniture products come with a minimum 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Many of our premium sofas and frames include extended 5-year or 10-year structural warranties.
Can I request fabric or wood finish swatches?
Absolutely. We provide up to five complimentary fabric or wood finish swatches to help you visualize how our pieces will look in your space before you commit to a purchase.
